The Sub-Fund is suitable for retail and institutional investors who consider an investment fund as a convenient way of participating in capital market developments. It is also suitable for more experienced investors wishing to attain defined investment objectives with an investment horizon longer than 5 years.
The sub-fund’s objective is to offer its shareholders long-term capital gains. This objective will be achieved by investing the sub-fund’s assets in equities and fixed income instruments, as well as cash or other monetary instruments, without geographical limitation and without sectorial or currency restriction.
The sub-fund can invest in bonds or other debt instruments, corporate or sovereign, which should predominantly have an investment grade (at least BBB- and/or Baa3). The sub-fund can invest in equities (in which the sub-fund may invest a maximum of 50% of its net assets), whose selection will be based upon on-going financial evaluations, analysis of the macro economic environment and the specific profile of the issuer, future developments etc. There are no limits or restrictions regarding currencies, geographical regions or other specific economic or industrial sectors or niches. The sub-fund may use derivative instruments like options, futures, interest or currency swaps and others, but only with the purpose to cover or limit risks on other investments in equity or fixed income and should consequently not have an impact on the overall risk profile. No index or other benchmark will be used as a basis to build the portfolio of the sub-fund.
