Overview
Investment Policy
The sub-fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of stocks (min. 0% and max. 60% of the portfolio) and bonds, with no preference for a specific geographic region or sector. The sub-fund has no benchmark and is actively managed. To a lesser extent, the sub-fund may also invest up to 10% in money market instruments, units of collective investment schemes, derivatives, deposits, and cash equivalents.
The bonds and debt instruments in which the sub-fund invests are issued by a wide range of issuers: governments, public-sector entities, private companies, and/or international institutions. The issues and/or issuers generally have an “investment grade” rating (minimum BBB- and/or Baa3). The sub-fund will not invest more than 50% of its portfolio in high-yield bonds and bonds that do not have a credit rating. The Product will not invest more than 10% of its portfolio in bonds from emerging and frontier markets with a rating lower than BB– and/or Ba3, and no more than 5% of its portfolio in equities from emerging and frontier markets.
Target Audience
This fund is specifically designed for investors who seek a potentially higher return than that offered by a low-risk financial product and who aim for balanced long-term growth, focusing primarily on investing in bonds issued by high-quality issuers, supplemented by a basket of international stocks (up to 60% of the portfolio). Additionally, these investors have an investment horizon of at least 5 years.
Investment Objective
The sub-fund’s objective is to seekattractive long-term returns by taking moderate risks.
